Adoption and impact
Report professional use of the method or tools.
If you, your team or your organization used the CDRN Framework, the Navigator, a Handbook chapter or a template in real work, this form records what was used, how, and what changed, together with any evidence you are able to share.
Three different things
Visibility, engagement and adoption are kept apart.
Website traffic is not adoption. The project reports these categories separately and never upgrades one into another.
| Category | Examples | How it is measured | What it can show |
|---|---|---|---|
| Website visibility | Visits, sessions, page views | Aggregate daily counts, no personal data (details) | That people found the site. Not that they used the method. |
| User engagement | Readiness plans generated, templates downloaded, Handbook chapters opened, tools used | Aggregate daily counts of those actions | That the tools were tried. Not that they changed work. |
| External adoption | Practitioners applying the method, organizations using the framework, repeated use in workflows, documented benefits, verified external references | Voluntary reports on this page, then verification | Real professional use, at the verification level shown |
Verification levels: self-reported → contacted → corroborated (supporting evidence seen) → independently verified (confirmed by a party other than the reporter). Reports that cannot be checked are marked not verifiable.
What makes a report useful
- What you used, and which version if you know it.
- The generalized context: role, milestone type, team size range. No sponsor, product or study names.
- How it was applied: once for reference, repeatedly, by a team, built into a process, or in training.
- What changed, in plain terms, including anything that did not work.
- What evidence exists and whether it can be shared, for example a redacted checklist, a training slide, or a colleague willing to confirm.
