Contribute

Turn a lesson you learned into something another practitioner can reuse.

Share a quick learning, an unresolved recurring challenge, or a longer practice article. Every contribution should be generalized, confidentiality-safe, and moderated before publication.

You do not need to have solved it yet

Industry experts can also share a recurring challenge.

If a handoff, review pattern, data dependency, QC problem, or compressed milestone repeatedly creates difficulty, describe the pattern and why it is hard. The Practice Exchange can use those submissions to identify common problems worth addressing in future CDRN workflows and resources.

The static package includes a secure endpoint hook. Until the site owner configures a server-side form endpoint, drafts can be saved, copied, and exported without transmitting them.

What makes a strong contribution?

Write the part another practitioner can actually reuse.

The most valuable post is not the most dramatic one. It is the one that explains a recognizable situation, the decision that mattered, and the behavior that should change next time.

01

Describe the operational trigger

Example: a population definition changed after dry-run review, or an external transfer arrived inside the final review window.

02

Explain the decision or failure mode

Show why the first response did or did not work and which dependency, assumption, or handoff mattered.

03

End with a reusable action

Give the reader a checkpoint, question, escalation threshold, or evidence item that can be used on another study.
